Catering
Below is a link to our menu pdf’s. They include some examples of what our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Christopher Perera, can create. If you have a specific menu in mind, Chef Perera and your Catering Manager will be happy to meet with you to customize fare for your event. Menus should ideally be finalized two weeks in advance of your function. All food and beverage must be provided by the hotel, excluding wedding cakes and certain specialty items for which handling charges may apply.

All food prices are subject to 8% PST, while 10% PST applies to all beverage prices. All food and beverage prices are subject to 16% gratuities; 5% GST is charged on food, beverage and gratuities.
