SANTA CLAUS PARADE 2009

A Toronto tradition for more than 100 years, the Santa Claus Parade returns on November 15, 2009 to put smiles on the faces of families all across the city. The parade consists of 22 floats, 22 bands, 200 clowns, more than 1,500 volunteers, and the big man himself, Santa.

It's a parade with a rich history of merry making. Children and adults alike celebrate Santa's long journey from the north to the city. Over the years Santa has arrived in style, pulled by live reindeer, carried by horse-drawn carriage and even flown in on an airplane.

Watch the Parade on the 15th of November from the footsteps of The InterContinental Toronto Yorkville, or even from your own room. Enjoy the Parade with an early check-in and late check-out.
